Gizunt's medical program

For over 25 years, the "Gizunt" medical project has been operating at the Jewish Community Center  at the Central Synagogue of Kyiv, providing assistance to community members. Diagnostic services are provided by a team of doctors and volunteers of the program on a charitable basis.

The program, which was originally created exclusively for the Brit Mila ceremony, today covers many areas.

First of all, it is consultation and diagnostic assistance. The program's staff of specialists, headed by a candidate of medical sciences, an orthopedic traumatologist with many years of experience Kaper Yukhym Yakovych, includes a cardiologist, a therapist, a psychotherapist, middle medical staff and volunteers.

A significant number of Jews from Kyiv and Kyiv region are registered with the program's outpatient clinic. The systematized patient database is one of the prides of the head of the Gizunt project.

In addition, pensioners and people with disabilities regularly receive free medications prescribed by the program's doctors and purchased with community funds. If necessary, the community provides financial assistance for the treatment of its parishioners.

For all questions related to the provision of medical consultation, obtaining medications and, of course, regarding the rite of brit-mila, please contact the Central Synagogue of Brodsky, the "Gizunt" program, by phone: (044) 235 90 82 - project manager - Kaper Yukhym Yakovych.
