🩺 Valuable knowledge for saving lives at JYK!

An extremely important lesson on providing first aid Under the guidance of an experienced paramedic, young people mastered the MARCH algorithm - a sequence of actions that saves lives in critical situations:
🔹 Stopping massive bleeding.
🔹 Providing help for breathing problems.
🔹 Treatment of chest injuries and shock.< br>🔹 Prevention of hypothermia.

This knowledge is extremely important today. They can not only help save lives, but also form self-confidence, responsibility and willingness to help others in any circumstances.

On this Sabbath in Anatevka, a grandiose Sabbath for young people from the Jewish Youth Kyiv project was held, which celebrated its second birthday!

Two years of inspiration, unity and bright events. Two years full of common Sabbaths, deep conversations, warm meetings and new discoveries in the world of Judaism.

This Shabbat has become a real celebration of the youth community: an unforgettable atmosphere, joint prayers, training, and spiritual communication. We continue to move forward, grow and create together!

Jewish Youth Kyiv is more than a project. It's a family!

This time ourenergetic participantscame together in a delicious fight!
5 teamscompeted for the perfect pizza — but for a reason. First we had toearn ingredients, correctly answering the question.
And for each correct answer — a step to the coveted cheese, tomato sauce, basil, tuna, olives and even… grater! 😄

It was fun, noisy, tasty and really cohesive.
And most importantly —each pizza has become a unique creation. Warm, crisp and made with love.

🙏 Sincere thanksAdamfor great organization and inspiring evening!

It's a journey into a world of tradition, values and discovery, where every encounter turns into a warm adventure with friends. We don't just read or listen — we play, ask questions, laugh, debate, and work together to find answers. Each lesson is a space where you can be yourself, discover your talent and feel that you are part of a great and vibrant Jewish history.

We study the Torah with curiosity and inspiration, feeling its lively pulse in the modern world. We immerse ourselves in holidays, customs, symbols and tastes passed down from generation to generation. And we do this so that it is interesting even to those who did not think that lessons could be a favorite part of the week.

JYK is a place where knowledge is born through dialogue, where joy is in every minute, and each participant is important.

On Sunday, a study of the weekly section of the Torah "Shlah" took place in the Jewish Youth Kyiv. The special atmosphere of the meeting was created by the Chief Rabbi of Ukraine Moshe Reuven Asman, who visited and shared deep thoughts, personal observations and spiritual elevation.

The event gathered a lot of participants and left a feeling of fullness and unity.

After the training part, a dynamic musical quiz took place, which was prepared by JYK participant Bale. The program included three rounds — guessing artists, songs by emoji and famous artists by images. A light, relaxed atmosphere, team excitement and sincere emotions created a real feeling of family warmth.

Jewish Youth Kyiv continues to inspire, teaching through live experience, communication and shared joy.

Shabbaton JYK was held in Anativka, which gathered friends on the eve of the new Jewish year. It was three days filled with warmth, spirituality, and the joy of meetings.

✨ Friday evening began with a common prayer and a festive meal. The sunset over Anativka made this moment special — as if it was the sky that blessed the Sabbath.
✨ Participants listened to meaningful lectures, discussed important things and found new acquaintances.
✨ Saturday's atmosphere gave a sense of calm and special inspiration, and Sunday's meetings ended the program on a high note.
✨ Days in September Anativka gave comfort: fresh air, walks and a sense of home, where everyone was part of a large family.

Shabbaton JYK became the time when the participants stopped from everyday worries, found inspiration and prepared for the upcoming holidays.
