Anativka

In 2014, in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, which led to the movement of thousands of Jews, our community founded the village of refugees Anatenvka near Kiev. This village of refugees has become a beautiful Jewish community that not only serves the physical needs and treatment of refugees, but also serves as a center of prosperity for neighboring Jewish communities, creating accessible homes, jobs, a favorable environment and a reliable education system for boys. And girls from preschool age to high school, many of which continued to receive higher education.

In response to the Russian invasion in 2022, given the strategic position of Anatevka far from the objects of the Russian attack, the village quickly became a bridgehead and operational headquarters for our humanitarian efforts. Some of the elderly people who now live in Analate are refugees from the war for the third time, they have passed through the Holocaust, a conflict in eastern Ukraine in 2015, and now the Russo-Ukrainian war of 2022.
Today we are working on the restoration of community and landscaping in Anaten.

We resumed the work of the Jewish school and kindergarten, which were closed at the beginning of the 2022 war.
